These terms apply to the Sinan Note application.
By using Sinan Note, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the app you confirm your agreement to these terms. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
License and Usage
Proprietary license. Personal use is permitted. Commercial use requires prior permission from Apex Flow Group. You may not sell, redistribute, or use the app for illegal purposes.
User Content
You retain complete ownership of all your notes and content. We own no rights to it. You are responsible for your content and for maintaining backups. Storing illegal, violent, or privacy-violating content is prohibited.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee it is error-free or will operate without interruption. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the export feature or Google Drive.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damages or data loss resulting from use of the app. Our liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law.
Modifications and Termination
We may update the app, add or remove features, or discontinue it at any time. We will attempt to notify you of material changes via the "What's New" screen inside the app.
Intellectual Property
The "Sinan Note" trademark, designs, and icons belong to Apex Flow Group. The app uses open-source Flutter and Dart libraries. You retain complete ownership of your notes.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue service if these terms are violated or for technical or business reasons.
